L-com's PBPLTC-182PDS-1K made in the USA Process System Interconnect bulk cable is designed to meet your harsh environment and tray cable power needs. This 1,000ft length is 300V rated and meets both PLTC (Power Limited Tray Cable) and ITC (Instrumentation Tray Cable) classifications. The PBPLTC-182PDS-1K, from L-com, is built with 2 shielded pairs (4 conductors) 18AWG stranded wire and meets AWM 2464. Beyond the shielded pairs, it also has an overall foil shield, drain wires and an additional 22AWG communication wire. The overall shield is great for protecting your application from EMI and RFI interference and the comm wire allows for simple data beyond power. Remember to ground your cables properly. In stock PLTC and ITC cables are able to run in raceways, conduits, cable trays, ducts and the like. A black UV resistant jacket also allows the cable to be used out of doors. A CM rating on the jacket and a -40°C to 105°C temp range makes the PBPLTC-182PDS-1K appropriate for a wide variety of uses.
